PT wants to summon Flavio Bolsonaro to INSS CPMI – 02/02/2026 – Brasília Hoje

Representative Rogério Correia (PT-MG) presented, this Monday (2), a request to summon the senator (-RJ), to the CPMI of the (National Social Security Institute).

The parliamentarian argued that the testimony would be important due to a possible link between the law firm of the son of (PL) and pre-candidate for President and a partner of businessman Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes, known as .

The request states that Letícia Caetano dos Reis, administrator of Flávio Bolsonaro Sociedade Individual de Advocacia, is the sister of Alexandre Caetano dos Reis, who claims she is a partner of Careca do INSS in an offshore company based in the British Virgin Islands.

“Given the close personal, family, professional and political intertwining described, the existence of a possible connection between Flávio Bolsonaro and the nucleus led by Antônio Carlos Camilo Antunes is raised, especially considering that people directly linked to both maintain corporate and family relationships with each other”, says the parliamentarian.

Flávio’s call still needs to be guided by the president of CPMI, senator Carlos Viana (Podemos-MG), and approved by the other parliamentarians.

Behind the scenes, members of the opposition argue that there are many requests in line to be processed and that this would not be a priority. Others believe that the call could be positive, if used by Flávio to make speeches against the PT’s management of the INSS.

In a statement, Flávio’s advisor said that “the left acts in a cowardly manner, against a hard-working woman who has absolutely no connection with the Lula government’s gigantic corruption scheme, which stole hundreds of millions of reais from INSS retirees.”

“Letícia Caetano dos Santos is an employee hired merely to take care of the bureaucracy of my law firm and nothing more, as well as providing services to several other people and companies.”

The senator’s office also informed that Letícia is an administrator of his office because the legislation considers a senator of the Republic a “Political Exposed Person (PEP)”, “which does not allow me to be an administrator of my own company”.
