Dollar opens falling awaiting data from the USA and 4th quarter balance sheets in Brazil

O dollar started Wednesday (4) at a low in Brazil, contradicting the trend observed among the majority of emerging real currency pairs, while agents monitor the economic agenda that will bring United States employment and activity data.

In Brazil, the earnings season for the 4th quarter of 2025 also leaves the financial market attentive.

At 9:22 am, the spot dollar fell 0.22%, quoted at R$5.2274 on sale.

On Tuesday (3), the dollar closed at R$5.2484, down 0.18%.
