Ilenia Muzella lived in the Ponticelli area, in the Naples region, where the social reality is difficult and the authorities have not managed to limit drug trafficking and the presence of organized crime.
During the night, her brother, Giuseppe, stabbed Ilenia in the back to death. The victim was only 22 years old while her killer is 28 years old and it seems that until recently they maintained a good relationship. However, recently the climate between them had changed, with constant tensions.
As reported by Italian media, the perpetrator allegedly left the unfortunate girl, who was bleeding, in front of a hospital and drove away in a car. Crucial to the investigations were images from security cameras in the area.
According to the information so far, Giuseppe Muzella killed his sister because, as he himself reportedly told the investigators, she was listening to loud music and it did not let him sleep.
