The dough is prepared quicklyby blending all the ingredients together. The pancakes fry for a short time and taste best while still warm. In the morning they can be served with yogurt, fruit or nuts, and for dessert – with maple syrup, honey or a bit of chocolate. This is a universal dish that can be easily adapted to the time of day and the contents of the fridge.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas,
  • 200 g of wheat flour,
  • 200 ml yogurt,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
  • a pinch of cinnamon,
  • a teaspoon of baking powder,
  • oil for frying.

Extras:

  • A handful of walnuts,
  • banana,
  • maple syrup.

How to do it:

1. Blend bananas, yogurt, flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and eggs until smooth.

2. Pour a little oil into the heated pan and fry the pancakes on both sides.

3. Arrange the pancakes in a stack and put bananas and walnuts on top. Pour maple syrup over everything.
