Dino suspends illegal ‘hangings’ from public service in the Three Powers

The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Flávio Dino, granted an injunction to suspend the so-called “penduricalhos” in the Three Powers within a period of up to 60 days. The decision was taken this Thursday (5), based on a complaint filed by the Association of Municipal Attorneys of the Central South Coast of the State of São Paulo (APMLCS).
