The Albuquerque, New Mexico residence that served as the primary filming location for Walter White’s (Bryan Cranston) home on Breaking Bad is officially back on the market with an impressive price adjustment.
The residence located at 3828 Piermont Drive has gained worldwide fame as the setting for some of television’s most iconic moments. After failing to find a multi-million dollar buyer, the owners have turned to a price more in line with the properties in the neighborhood.

Why did the price drop?
The residence was listed for sale in January 2025 for $3.99 million, a price ten times its actual value. Realtors at the time said the property could serve as a high-yield investment, possibly operating as a private Museum or as a themed short-term rental.
However, local zoning laws and the residential nature of the neighborhood proved to be significant obstacles to any commercial transformation, resulting in the property sitting idle for over twelve months.
Now, the 580 square meter home is for sale for $400,000. The residence consists of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, retaining much of the layout familiar to viewers of the series. While the exterior remains a landmark for fans, the current owner has installed a large fence to prevent trespassing.
The sale marks the end of a 50-year era for the family, who originally bought the home in 1973, long before it became part of pop culture history.
The hit series Breaking Bad began airing on January 20, 2008 and ended on September 29, 2013.
Walter White was its main character. Bryan Cranston played boring-life chemistry professor Walter White, who learns he has cancer and becomes one of the most dangerous drug dealers.
