  • 5 egg whites,

  • 120 g of wheat flour (about 1 cup),

  2. After baking the donuts, put the egg whites into a bowl, add sugar and – using a mixer – beat until fluffy, smooth as a cloud. When we obtain the desired consistency, add the previously sifted flour to the bowl – do it gradually, continuing to mix.
  3. Add the cooled, melted chocolate and mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Then, grease the cake tin with butter, sprinkle it lightly with flour and pour the contents of the bowl into it.
  4. We put the form in the oven preheated to about 170 degrees Celsius and bake it for about 35-40 minutes. It is worth checking the degree of baking – due to the specificity of different ovens, the time after which the cake will be ready may vary slightly.
  5. At the end of baking, we can start making the icing. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and, as before, melt it in a pot with butter and milk. Finally, when we take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down a bit, we pour the chocolate icing on top.
