After 15 years, the main dramaturg Hana Andělová was dismissed from the team of the Otázky Václav Moravec showthe newspaper reported at the end of January. According to the management of Czech Television, the reason was a violation of the CT Code, specifically the principle of equal access, which was manifested mainly by the long-term non-invitation of SPD leader Tomio Okamura to the debates.

Andělová remains on television and will continue to work on the Fokus show. At the same time, the General Director promised the CT Council that he would rectify the situation with the absence of SPD representatives in the discussion format by the end of February.
Moderator Václav Moravec reacted to CT’s move in a live broadcast, announcing to viewers that Andělova’s name would be seen in the headlines for the last time. “To disperse so that there is peace for work. Hanka Andělová was the second leading dramaturg of Otázok in their 22-year history, after Čestmír Fraňek. The decision on the composition of the guests was always based on the agreement of the entire editorial team. The time for correction under the pressure of selected CT councilors is running out, so it ended involuntarily. We thank her on behalf of the entire team for her professional and personal integrity,” wrote on .
Even before Sunday’s session, he was sharper for the web. “A shameful solution in the Bolshevik spirit and an even more shameful justification by the press spokesman of ČT, which violates both the CT Standards and the CT Code, does not cover the fact that it is thanks to the leading dramaturg Andělova that Otázky has been the most watched and quoted television debate in the country for many years,” he didn’t take napkins.
