If Filip Turk is appointed as a minister, Prime Minister Babiš would block access to social networks and refuse further escalations with the president. The government finally entrusted the climate agenda to Turk.
If MP and honorary president of the Motoristi sebe party Filip Turek became a minister, Prime Minister Andrej Babiš would, according to his own words, ban his social networks. TASR informs about this according to the Novinky.cz server report.
“If he were to become a minister, we would ban his social networks,” the Czech prime minister said in an interview with Nova TV on Saturday. He added that, according to him, the Turk appears calm and smiling during personal contact.
Disputes with the president
“We can’t waste energy on disputes with the president. I don’t want it anymore, it tires me, it annoys me,” Babiš commented on the rift between Foreign Minister Petr Macinka and President Petr Pavlo regarding the failure to appoint Turk as Minister of the Environment.
According to Babiš, Macinka’s reports to Pavlo “really failed” and he understands that the head of the Department of Diplomacy is fighting for the Turk. The honorary president of the Motoristi se party was later appointed by the government as a plenipotentiary for climate policy and the Green Deal.
