Since Sunday, June 22, 2025, relatives and authorities have been searching for 38-year-old Czech businessman Alex B., who went missing on the Croatian island of Molat. The local police suspected his business partner (51) from Slovakia. The newspaper brought new information to this case.
According to the latest findings, Anton F., a billboard boss from České Budějovice, is behind his death, for land worth several million Czech crowns. Criminalists were supposed to find evidence in the wreck of a sunken ship, and wiretaps were also supposed to help.
Business partners went to Croatia to dive together, well Anton was supposed to return to the accommodation himself. The police accuse him of murdering his companion in an as yet undetected manner and hiding his body in an unknown place.

Criminalists should have obtained additional evidence thanks to cooperation with the National Center against Organized Crime. After his arrest, the Billboard boss was said to have instructed relatives on how to take over Alex B.’s assets and how to cover his tracks and create the impression that he was just hiding abroad. Anton F. denies all accusations.
