The 16-year-old teenager attacked in Vicente Pires, in the Federal District, died this Saturday (7). The information was confirmed by Jovem Pan News.
The young man had been hospitalized in serious condition since the attack. The case occurred after a discussion involving gumwhich ended in a physical confrontation between the teenager and former driver Pedro Arthur Turra Basso, 19 years old.
According to police information, the suspect was preventively arrested after an investigation carried out by the Civil Police of the Federal District, with support from the Special Action Group to Combat Organized Crime (Gaeco). During the execution of court warrants, objects were seized and sent for forensic examination, while investigations continued.
At the time, the teenager suffered head trauma and remained hospitalized in a condition considered very serious.
The suspect also released a video on social media apologizing to the victim and family. He stated that he had no intention of causing the injuries. After the case, the driver was removed from the category in which he competed.
