The white supremacist intends to rig this year’s US midterm elections.
During the militia invasion of Minnesota, the Trump administration offered state authorities conditions to stop the killing in the streets. Among them was the delivery of Minnesota voter records to federal authorities.
That would be highly irregular. American elections are organized by the states. There is no central authority that organizes them, there is not even the equivalent of our own. It has always been this way, and it is consistent with the principles of a country that, after all, is called “the United States.”
Trump’s stated goal is to comb voter rolls to prevent illegals from voting. Until then, you can say: great, huh. Illegal immigrants do not even have the right to vote.
But I would answer you with another question: have they been voting?
Do the following: go to the website of the Heritage Foundation, the Trumpist think tank that wrote the famous Project 2025, the authoritarian plan that Trump has been putting into practice in his second term, described in the great book “The Project”, by David Graham (Zahar, 2025).
Heritage maintains a website that catalogs cases of voter fraud that have occurred in the United States since the 1980s. Go there and put the term “alien” (foreigner, non-citizen) in “Keywords”.
The search results are 41 cases in which illegal immigrants voted in the United States between 2003 and 2006. The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) manually reviewed Heritage records and found 77 cases in which noncitizens voted between 1999 and 2023. Another BPC study, analyzing 23.5 million votes from the 2016 election, found just 77 examples (out of 136 million people who voted) in which non-citizens voted.
In other words, for all practical purposes, the number of illegal immigrants is rounded to zero. And it’s easy to understand why. To vote illegally, you need to fool one authority when you register and another on election day. Illegal immigrants naturally avoid contact with authorities, especially those who are prone to asking for documents.
Therefore, Trump does not want to nationalize the vote count – as he threatened to do last week – to correct this non-existent problem. The plan, it seems obvious, is to invent a trick to reclassify American citizens as irregular voters.
In the election he lost in 2020, Trump was recorded ordering Georgia’s secretary of state to “find” the 11,780 votes that would guarantee him turning the state in his favor. The secretary, an honest Republican, refused to participate in the fraud.
After years of complete rigging of the government – which controls Congress and the Supreme Court –, Trump knows that his new subordinates will have no difficulty “finding” votes in the next election.
After all, anyone who refuses could face the wrath of the Trumpist base. And she has already learned, with the amnesty for the invaders, that any crime she commits will be forgiven by the president.
