  • 1 k onion in yellow slates
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 800 ml of broth (beef, chicken or duck, vegetable)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 120 ml of cream 30%
  • 2-3 tablespoons of grated Gruyere or Parmesan cheese
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Spices: sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg, dried thyme
  • Toast or toast to serve

Preparation method:

  1. Peel the onion and chop it into slices. Cut the garlic into small slices. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, it doesn’t have to be small.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot with a thick bottom. Add the onion to the heated fat and add a tablespoon of sugar and salt.
