Vanessa Šarközi about the unique Valentine of the Gypsy Devils: Strong words for the Slovak singer!

Bratislava once again breathed elegance. Historical Reduta sa January 17, 2026 dressed in a festive dress to welcome guests to XXII. Prešporský ball. In 2026, the guests also symbolically remembered 110th anniversary of the first ball in Reduta. The legendary Gypsy Devils were among those invited and performing at the same time. Ernest Šarközi and his daughter Vanessa Šarközi spoke to musician Teri Čikoš for Koktejl.sk.

The gypsy devils play a repeat at the Prešporský ball, so they know what the guests like and always indulge them. Ernest Šarközi jokingly remarked that he already feels like the inventory of this ball. Outside of the balls, a unique tour awaits them.

The couple – father and daughter – told us more about it. “We are planning a tour with Mária Čírová, a Valentine’s tour. We start on February 14 in Bratislava in the STARS auditorium and we are very, very much looking forward to it, since Mária is both an excellent person and an excellent artist. So this will be a really perfect tour that we will really, really enjoy,” she said Vanessa Šarközi.

They will definitely not be bored. “So, we are planning a lot, like every year, but now we are looking forward to the tour with Mária Čírová, which will be something new. She will sing our Roma stuff and we will try to play her biggest hits. And of course, we are continuing the symphony orchestra that Carmen has, so we have a lot to do,” he added Ernest Šarközi.
