Then, Nanda began to tell the story step by step of the last moments of Maderite’s life, victim of a massive heart attack on a family farm, while his wife had traveled to Juiz de Fora, for another family member’s birthday celebration.
“He rode horses, drank his beer on Friday, Friday, stayed with Mr. Valdecir and Dona Claudia, did everything he liked there the day before yesterday. Around four-thirty, five o’clock in the afternoon, he felt unwell where he was, in the horse stall, he came to Bernardo and said ‘I’m not feeling very well, I’m going to lie down’. He went to take a shower and didn’t come back”, he reported.
Death of Henrique Maderite

Nanda also justified the cut on Maderite’s neck, which would have been caused by a pendant on the necklace he was wearing. The bleeding in the ear was explained by the blow suffered in the fall after the massive heart attack, as confirmed by the authorities.

“I lost my ground, my sky, my right, my left, and I’m still very aimless, very powerless. My faith is here, but I’ve never crossed a hurdle this big and I never imagined passing it”, added Nanda.
