When Gracen Geagan, 26, walks into a coffee shop with her husband Kevin, she often gets the same reaction. People often ask her what her father wants to order. But he is not her parent. Kevin is her husband and is 60 years old, the British portal reports that the couple got married in November 2025 after being engaged in December 2024.
The big age difference between them raises a lot of questions, but both say that they are not too bothered by other people’s opinions. “I recently walked into a store that we frequent. The clerk told me that my daughter was here earlier. We just laughed about it because with a 34-year age difference, it’s quite understandable,” Kevin admitted.
According to him, most people do not mean it in a bad way and such remarks do not offend them. “People are entitled to their opinion. Even if someone says something unpleasant, it doesn’t affect us in any way,” he explained.
The couple met in 2022 at a fancy steakhouse where Gracen worked. Kevin went there regularly, often with his children from a previous relationship. Gracen admitted that romance wasn’t the first thing on her mind at the beginning, but they gradually got together through conversations and a similar outlook on life.
Kevin claims that strong relationships are not just about looks. “The best relationships are based on shared values, trust, mutual respect, friendship and a sense of security,” he said. Gracen claims that people are much nicer in real life than they are online.
“We don’t get a lot of hate in person. Occasionally someone will give a weird look or roll their eyes, but most of the negativity comes online.” she admitted. They are often accused on social media that Gracen is only with Kevin for money. Kevin is financially secure.
However, the young woman rejects such talk. “People think I’m with him for his money, but that’s not true. Yes, I like the security of a relationship, but that’s never why I fell in love with Kevin.” she explained. At the same time, Kevin admits that he understands why their relationship surprises many.
“It’s probably true that most 26-year-olds aren’t naturally attracted to 60-year-old men. But Gracen is not a typical 26-year-old woman, and I am not a typical sixty-year-old,” he said with a smile. The couple also talks openly about topics that interest people, including their marriage and intimate life. For example, Kevin makes no secret of the fact that he undergoes testosterone therapy, which he says helps him feel healthier, more energetic and more confident.
