The plane carrying the former mayor of Salvador (BA), (União Brasil), for a trip within the state, he needed to make an emergency landing in the capital of Bahia, on Monday (June 8, 2026).
The pre-candidate for governor had a political agenda commitment in Livramento de Nossa Senhora, but was unable to reach the location.
ACM Neto thanked on social media for the “messages of affection and concern”.
The pre-candidate said that there was a problem during the flight and that the plane managed to return to Salvador safely.
In addition to the former mayor, the aircraft also carried the pre-candidate for the Senate (PL) and other politicians. Nobody was injured.
