The 44-year-old won in double round one of the grass tournament at Queen’s with 19-year-old Canadian Victoria Mboko against third-ranked Nicole Melichar-Martinez/Erin Routliffe (USA/NZL) 7:6(2),6:2. In s’Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands, Anastasia Potapova’s starting match against the Dutch Suzan Lamens was postponed to Wednesday (11 a.m.) due to rain.
