A sidewalk in Asa Norte of Brasília received a painting in honor of the 2026 World Cup, which will start on Thursday (June 11, 2026). The work of Brazilian visual artist Pedro Sangeon -famous in the city’s urban art with his character Gurulino- brings the colors of the flag and references to the world cup, as well as national characters such as the caramel dog. Sangeon’s work, created on the walls and underground walkways of the federal capital, brings reflective messages about empathy.
