Ukraine and the United States may sign a mineral agreement in the next 24 hours after the final detail, said Ukrainian Prime Minister on Wednesday (30).
The agreement has become a “true partnership agreement,” which could consider future American help as part of the contributions to the background, Denys Shmyhal said in television comments.
