On the night of last Saturday (17), the Banco do Brasil branch located at Avenida Mâncio Lima, in Cruzeiro do Sul (AC), had the glass door destroyed after an accident involving a man in a street situation. The scene caught the attention of those who passed the place in the early hours of Sunday, realizing the broken glass and the presence of blood in some envelopes inside the agency.
At first, the scenario generated concern between popular and even lifted suspicions about a possible act of vandalism. However, employees of the financial institution reported that the episode was recorded by security cameras and was not a criminal action.

According to the images analyzed, the homeless man, who often seeks shelter outside the agency, would have accidentally caused the break by touching a piece of wood on the glass as he kept his belongings. The impact was sufficient to cause the door to shut. During the incident, he ended up injuring himself slightly, which explains the traces of blood in the envelopes that were scattered on the floor.
Despite the injuries, the man remained within the agency and did not show any aggressive attitude.
