Washington-According to several EU diplomats, the US government has submitted a new proposal for an agreement in the customs dispute. EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen outlined the 27 EU heads of state and government, it is said. At the summit it will be advised on the strategy with which the EU Commission should go to the final talks with the US government in order to avert an escalation of the customs dispute from July 9th.
