The Israeli army launched air strikes at dawn on Monday, 7 (local time), against ports and facilities controlled by the houthis rebels of Yemen. In response, the group fired missiles against Israel.
The raid occurred after an attack held on Sunday (6) against a liberia flag ship in the Red Sea. The boat caught fire and began to sink, which forced the crew to evacuate.
The suspicion about the attack on the Greek-owned Greek Ship of Magic Seas fell on the Houthis after a security company stated that explosive-loaded boats hit the ship.

The rebel media reported the attack, but did not claim it.
Houthis usually takes hours or even days to officially recognize an offensive.
