Washington-The US Justice Ministry has filed a lawsuit against California because the US state continues to allow transgender athletes to participate in women’s sports teams. Female athletes at educational institutions in California are “unfair competition and ruthless threat to the participation of men in sports teams for women,” said the ministry on Wednesday (local time). It accuses California of violating a relevant law.
