United Kingdom Foreign Minister David Lammy said on Thursday that he summoned the Russian ambassador after Russia bombarding Ukraine with missiles and drones at night, killing at least 18 people and damaging buildings, a Kiev British cultural center.
“The attacks of (Russian President Vladimir) Putin last night killed civilians, destroyed houses and damaged buildings, including British Council and A,” Lammy published on his social network account.
He added, “We summon the Russian ambassador. The killing and destruction must stop.”

At least 38 people were injured in, which damaged buildings from seven districts, authorities said.
The Ministry of Defense stated that the offensive has reached military industrial facilities and military air bases.
Moscow regularly denies target civilians, but dozens have died in recent months during attacks on densely populated areas.
