Austria is currently celebrating the 105th anniversary of the Federal Constitutional Law (B-VG). Angelika Nußbaumer gave the speech at the ceremony of the Constitutional Court (VfGH) last week. She was Vice President at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and is now a constitutional judge in Bosnia-Herzegovina and a professor at the University of Cologne.
