Salzburg – Salzburg’s Finance and Agriculture Councilor Josef Schwaiger (ÖVP) has been in the state hospital since Sunday after a medical emergency. The 60-year-old is in the intensive care unit, Schwaiger’s office said in a statement on Monday. State Governor Karoline Edtstadler (ÖVP) takes over the official representation of official business.
