Espoo/Santa Clara (California) – The AI chip giant Nvidia is becoming a large shareholder in the Finnish network specialist Nokia with a billion-dollar investment. Nokia wants to use the US company’s technology in future mobile phone base stations, as Nvidia boss Jensen Huang said. Nvidia, in turn, could use Nokia’s network technologies in systems for data centers in the future.
