The judge of Catarroja (Valencia) who is investigating the damage, Nuria Ruiz Tobarra, has asked the company that manages the central Valencia parking lot where the presidentCarlos Mazón, of the PP, said goodbye on the day of the tragedy of the journalist Maribel Vilaplana, the ticket that certifies what time the informant left and picked up her vehicle, according to a resolution known this Thursday.
The judge gives three days to the firm Interparking Hispania, which manages the Glorieta 24-hour car park, in Plaza Tetuán in Valencia, to deliver the “ticket, receipt or duly accredited report of the entry and exit, on October 29, 2024, of Maribel Vilaplana’s vehicle.”
The movement comes after the journalist’s statement last Monday in the court investigating the flood that left 229 dead last year. During his appearance as a witness, a condition that forced him to tell the truth, Vilaplana acknowledged that he lacked the parking ticket and promised to give his license plate number so that the company that operates the establishment could prove when he took out his car.
