“This is actually poorly written.” Peace plan “looks like it was written by a Russian and not an American”

Luís Costa Ribas, CNN Portugal correspondent in the USA, states that the new peace plan proposed by the USA includes “around 90% of Russia’s wishes when the war started” and that it even “appears to be written by a Russian”.
