The Lord of the Vine is the Christ, who calls everyone — those who began early to work for the Light and those who are only now awakening. In the Kingdom of God, there are no delays, there are awakened ones.
Each soul is invited, at the right time, to serve and learn. The salary that the Lord pays is the same for everyone: it is love that redeems and forgiveness that frees.
In light of the Spiritist Doctrine, this parable shows that each spirit progresses according to its merit and effort, but all are children of the same Father. Some come earlier, others later, but the final destination is one: the return to the House of Love.
