Vienna – A mother and her children were trapped in a burning apartment on Bachgasse in Vienna-Ottakring on Monday night. The professional fire department then opened the apartment with special equipment and fought the fire using an extinguishing line. A respiratory protection team was then able to bring the woman and her four-year-old boy and the seven-year-old girl to safety, the fire department reported in a broadcast on Monday.
