Sarajevo/Banja Luka – After allegations of fraud by the opposition, the election of the regional president in the Serbian republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be partially recounted. The electoral commission said on Monday that the votes from 51 polling stations were affected. After the election two weeks ago, they declared a confidant of the deposed separatist Milorad Dodik as the winner.
