The executive director of Meta, the company that owns Facebook, predicts that there will be a “gradual” transition that could begin as early as 2030similar to what happened with the emergence of smartphones that replaced computers in several functions, “without completely replacing them”.

Zuckerberg highlighted, in particular, the success of Ray-Ban Meta glasses developed by your company, highlighting that, in the coming years, smart glasses will change the way we interact with the digital world.
“Smart glasses should be the next big technology platform after smartphones”, he reinforced, concluding that they will allow for more “social and natural” digital experiences, promoting an even more connected and more functional society, with fewer barriers.
