Dobbiaco – Benjamin Moser continued his strong performance in the Tour de Ski for cross-country skiers in the new year. The 28-year-old Tyrolean, who came second on New Year’s Eve to take his first ever podium finish in the 5 km heat mass start, reached the top ten again in eighth place in the 20 km pursuit on Thursday in Toblach. Moser is in seventh place in the overall standings, 1:01 minutes behind. The Norwegian Johannes Hösflot Kläbo took the victory on the day. He distanced his compatriot Mattis Stenshagen by 51 seconds. Kläbo celebrated his 103rd World Cup victory, comes to the next stop, the sprint on Saturday in Val di Fiemme, as the confident leader and is heading towards the record five overall victories on the tour.
