Striker Kauan Basile, 13 years old, ended the contract he had had since 2023 with NR Sports, a company led by Neymar Pai. Pointed out as one of the main promises of Santos’ youth teams, the young man is seen as an athlete with star potential.

According to information obtained by UOL, the break in the relationship took place in December and was the result of a decision made by the player’s father, who chose to follow another path in managing his son’s career.

Kauan Basile was born on June 21, 2012 and from an early age drew attention for his performance on the court. In July 2025, at the age of 13, he signed with Santos, which made the signing of the project called “Neymar 2.0” official.

End of agreement with NR Sports
With the end of the partnership with NR Sports, Kauan Basile’s career began to be managed by a fund linked to Ricardo Guimarães, owner of the BMG bank. This group took control of management after paying off the fine provided for in the previous contract.
According to UOL, the amount paid to Neymar Pai’s company was R$5.5 million, the amount necessary to release the athlete’s management rights.
