Burnt it is extremely stubborn dirt. Additionally, certain objects or products should not be used to clean it, so as not to damage its surface. How to clean a burnt pan? It turns out that there are home remedies for this, using simple products that are usually in every home.
Burnt pan This is unfortunately quite a common sight in the kitchen. The reason may be too high a frying temperature, insufficient or no fat, or damage to the coating, which destroys its non-stick properties.
Contaminants left over from previous frying can also char, causing subsequent food to stick. Not everyone remembers to heat the pan before adding food to it. A steel frying pan especially needs this.
We can try to clean a burnt pan using baking soda and water or vinegar combined with baking soda. However, the latter method is not recommended for cleaning cast iron and Teflon coated pans. However, there are also other methods that minimize the need to persistently scrub the pan or use a wire brush (which may destroy the non-stick coating).
Coke works great for this. All because of the phosphoric acid it contains. It is worth heating the pan with the cola over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the heat and leave for an hour. The next step is to scrub the pan with a sponge or brush.
It is just worth remembering that the liquid should be heated and not boiled. Do not use high heat so that the cola does not start to stick. This is not the only cleaning method that uses this popular drink. Its combination with egg shells also works great.
There is no need to use advanced cleaning products from the store to get rid of dirt from the pan. Just a few cheap, easily available ingredients are enough to eliminate the problem of a burnt pan. Egg shells and cola together create an intriguing mixture that will help us with this.
Crushed eggshells act like sandpaper and are quite delicate. Coke, on the other hand, is known for its cleaning properties. It will easily dissolve dirt. It is enough that the shells used are finely crushed and the risk of damaging the surface of the pan will be extremely small.
How to prepare the product? You will need several shells water, cola and dishwashing liquid – the same one we use every day. The mixture will be made by mixing one glass of each liquid and adding crushed eggshells from about 10 eggs.
Apply the prepared agent to the burned area and then gently wipe it with a sponge. Of course, it can be used to clean other dishes – this is not a method reserved exclusively for washing pans.
