Schladming – Schladming experienced Henrik Kristoffersen’s 34th World Cup victory on Wednesday, and one of his most emotional. Tears flowed from the Norwegian after his fifth night race success, breaking away from Benjamin Raich and taking over the sole Planai record. Twelve years earlier, he had won his first World Cup victory there, and had also won this classic in 2016, 2017 and 2020. Kristoffersen’s next goal is an Austrian passport.
