Senator Angelo Coronel says he will leave the PSD after conflict with the PT in Bahia

Senator Angelo Coronel (BA) said this Saturday (31) that will leave the PSD after a conflict with the PT in Bahia for the two seats in the Senate in this year’s elections.

HAS Young PanColonel stated that was “raffled” by, now, former allies after Senator Jaques Wagner and the Chief Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa – both from the PT – were recognized as pre-candidates for the vacancies.

“I am articulating joining another party to run for re-election. Here in Bahia, the PT, together with the president of my former party [senador Otto Alencar] They raffled me off to form a pure-blood ticket,” said the Bahian senator.

Colonel also stated that He is “heartbroken” about leaving. He and Otto have maintained a friendship for decades amid political articulations.
