- broccoli,
- pepper,
- 200 g sera mozzarella,
- 2 eggs,
- 150 g of cream 18%,
- sun,
- pepper,
- sweet pepper.
For frying:
How to do it:
1. Start by preparing the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the egg and grated cold butter. Add a pinch of salt. Knead a smooth, uniform dough.
2. Wrap the kneaded dough in foil and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
3. Get started with the filling. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Fry the meat in a pan with heated oil until golden brown.
4. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cook in boiling salted water. Then strain and set aside to cool.
5. Wash the pepper, dry it and cut it into cubes.
6. Grate the mozzarella cheese on a large grater.
7. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the cream. Season the ingredients with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Mix everything.
8. Assemble the tartlets. Grease the tartlet tins with butter and sprinkle with flour. Take the cooled dough out of the fridge and roll it out to a thickness of about 4 mm. Cut out circles with a diameter slightly larger than the wide side of the molds.
9. Pour the cut dough discs into the molds. Prick the dough with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. After this time, remove the tartlets from the oven.
10. Evenly spread the fried chicken pieces, cooked broccoli florets and chopped peppers inside. Pour the cream and egg sauce over the ingredients.
11. Sprinkle savory tartlets with grated cheese and place in the oven. Bake for about 20 minutes at the same temperature until the egg mixture is set properly.
