He also reported that the alleged action was planned to be carried out early this Monday afternoon. And, he declared that the movement “was a form of riot, without any agenda”.

The general delegate of the São Paulo Civil Police, Artur Dian, added that Noad worked together with police corporations in all Brazilian capitals. The investigation found that the group monitored in SP participated in a virtual community with more than 7 thousand participants, where violent actions in the country are discussed.

In the attack planned for São Paulo, according to Dian, those investigated set up a scheme to detect Military Police agents. They would also use a cell phone signal blocker and attack the with Molotov cocktail. The general delegate said that, in SP, there were around 600 people, aged 15 to 30, members of the group where the alleged attack in the capital of São Paulo was being discussed.

To the press, Dian also informed that the detainees did not deny being in the community, but defended themselves by saying that the plan was a “joke”.
