A 33-year-old man was arrested by the PSP in Lisbon, accused of robbing a tourist he had helped lift from the ground in Bairro Alto. The crime occurred last Friday and was captured on video, going viral on social media.
The victim had two thousand euros. The arrest was made out of the act.
