Russia must continue supplying oil to Cuba, as it has done repeatedly in recent years, Russian ambassador to Cuba Viktor Coronelli said in an interview with state news agency RIA.
“We assume this practice will continue,” Coronelli said.
US President Donald Trump said on Sunday (1st) that the United States, days after declaring the country “an unusual and extraordinary threat” to US national security.
Trump also threatened to impose tariffs on American exports from the communist regime.
The US has blocked all oil reaching Cuba, including from Venezuela, an allied country, raising food and transport prices and causing serious fuel shortages and hours of blackouts, including in the capital, Havana.
