New York – The US stock exchanges rose significantly on Friday, pushing the US leading index Dow Jones above the 50,000 point mark for the first time in its history. The index temporarily rose to almost 50,170 points and finally ended the day with an increase of 2.47 percent at 50,115.67 points.
