This is a dish that allows you to rediscover pancakes as a filling, home-made meal that will be perfect not only for every day, but also for special occasions.

Savoy cabbage gives the stuffing a delicate flavor and lightness, so the whole thing is not heavy and bland. Connection soft pancakes with aromatic filling makes the dish extremely tasty and quickly satisfies hunger. It is also a good way to use simple ingredients in an interesting form and surprise your family or guests.

Preparing these extremely tasty pancakes is not complicated and will not take much time. Thanks to this, we can easily and efficiently prepare delicious food for the whole family, which delights with its taste and consistency. First, however, we need to equip ourselves with the necessary ingredients to prepare the filling:

  • half a head of savoy cabbage (about 800 g),
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
  • 0.5 bunch of parsley,
  • 2 onions,
  • 4 tablespoons of clarified butter,
  • 0.5 teaspoon of marjoram,
  • a pinch of nutmeg,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
  • sun,
  • pepper.

Whereas to prepare pancakes we will need:

  • 1 glass of water,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2 cups of wheat flour,
  • 1 glass of 2% milk,
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter,
  • sun,
  • oil for frying.

Preparing the stuffing is not difficult. We start by boiling a large pot of salted water. Then we cut out the core of the cabbage and chop its leaves, throw them into the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.. When they are soft, strain them and squeeze out the water.

The next step is to press the garlic through a press and chop the onion. Fry it in 2 tablespoons of butter, and when it turns glassy, ​​add garlic, cabbage and marjoram.. Stew everything for 10 minutes, stirring and seasoning with salt and pepper. Then melt the rest of the butter separately, add the flour and mix everything for 2 minutes to obtain a roux.

Add a few tablespoons of water and mix again to create a thick sauce. Pour it into the cabbage and cook with it for a while, then set it aside to cool completely, then add chopped parsley to the stuffing.
