US immigration authorities denied medication to toddler, family sues


New York/Washington – After a lawsuit over denied medical care, an 18-month-old girl and her parents have been released from the custody of the notorious immigration authorities in the USA. This emerges from a lawsuit filed in Texas on Friday. Accordingly, the child was refused the prescribed medication after a hospital stay due to a life-threatening respiratory disease. The family has since been released by US authorities.
