A cocktail for breakfast will give you energy for a few hours. You can make it with simple ingredients

A cocktail for breakfast is a great idea for those who want to eat something nutritious in the morning, but without having to stand at the stove for a long time. The combination of bananas, oatmeal and kefir (or natural yogurt) gives a complete, filling meal that provides energy for several hours. Bananas provide natural sweetness and potassium, oatmeal is a source of fiber and complex carbohydrates, and fermented dairy provides protein and supports digestion. If you like sweeter flavors, you can add a little honey or maple syrup. Adding fruit will complement the drink with vitamins. This cocktail can be prepared in just a few minutes – all you need is a blender. It is a lighter, but still filling and healthy alternative to scrambled eggs or classic oatmeal, perfect for busy mornings or for people who don’t like hearty breakfasts.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 bananas,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of oat flakes,
  • 250 ml of natural kefir or yogurt (without sugar),
  • optionally: a spoon of liquid honey or maple syrup.

How to do it:

1. Peel the bananas, cut them into smaller pieces and put them in a blender.

2. Add oatmeal, kefir and honey. Mix all ingredients until uniform. If you are preparing a smoothie on a hot day, you can add a few ice cubes to it and blend again. If necessary, add a pinch of ground cinnamon or add a few seasonal fruits.

3. Pour the cocktail into glasses and serve immediately. Bananas left in the air for a long time darken and lose their fresh taste.
