Vale reported this Monday that three requests for asset blocking related to extravasations registered at the operational units of Fábrica and Viga, in Minas Gerais, which totaled R$2.85 billion, were rejected by competent courts, according to a relevant fact.
According to the company, only the decision regarding a blocking request worth R$200 million remains pending.
