Hard/Feldkirch – A worker from Vorarlberg died on Saturday, more than two weeks after an accident at work, as a result of his serious injuries at the LKH Feldkirch. The man was trapped under a structural steel metal drawer at a business in Hard on February 4th – it had tipped downwards while being unloaded with a forklift. A second employee was hit in the head by the drawer and also had to be taken to hospital. (APA, February 21, 2026)
