Noélia Pereira, the finalist of the ‘1ª Companhia’ program who came fourth, was on the ‘Dois à 10’ program, talking to Cristina Ferreira about her participation.
At one point, when talking about the difficulties she felt during the 51 weeks at the Bucelas base, the Algarve businesswoman couldn’t contain her emotion as she revealed that in the last few days she felt very psychologically tired.
“It wasn’t an easy experience (…), it was more difficult on a psychological level than I imagined. Never in any program did I need psychological help – and in this one I didn’t either – but there were moments when I questioned the need for that help, there were days that were difficult”he admitted.
With eyes full of tears, Noélia Pereira then revealed that, due to lack of rest, she was unable to complete the exercises that were asked of her in one of the dynamics.
“At the penultimate gala, in which I was saved, I had a horrible Monday there that a lot of people criticized because we were instructed by Paulo Marques and I know very well which is right and which is left, but that day we had slept badly for two nights and I couldn’t cope with the dynamics of what he had asked for. And then I get out here and see a lot of people criticizing, people talk without knowing what we went through, that’s what hurts”he said, regretting the criticism on social media.
